Cant get onto upload

Having trouble getting on the upload section
When i click upload it takes me to the page but below step 5 all I get is a circle spinning saying loading data and nothing happens
First time this has happened to me as i have uploaded many times before
Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem
Have tried compatibility view settings as well :confused:

never mind It took about 4 minutes to load the page

Just did a upload, it wors fine for me (now).
Maybe a temporary glitch of the server.

Try different browsers as some versions don't seem to be compatible...
