Hello,

I'm not new to this site as a guest, but I'm a new member. I have quite a few CD covers that don't appear to be on the site.

I can't figure out how to upload them, can I get some help?:confused:

You go Upload and then there's something like 'My cover doesn't appear here' so you add the titles and everything manually

Thanks for the info, but clearly there is still something wrong.

When I hit the "Upload" tab at the top of the page, a new page opens up and I get Step 1 of the wizard.

Then nothing...

Just checked it and the upload works on my side, what browser are you using ??

I'm using explorer 9.0.1 with Windows 7 Pro.

Hi yoda i'm using windows 7 ultimate with google chrome and it works great try it :)

OK. So it sounds like Explorer 9 is the issue.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with Explorer 9?

hi yoda not sure about explorer 9 but i did with explorer 8 earlier this year do try google chrome and see if it works and get back to me

Just Upgraded to Internet Explorer 9 and i have seen the problems you describe.

There is a simple solution.
In the top of the page there is (on the right side of the webadress) a icon that looks like a broken page. "compatibility view".

if you press that icon all works, just tested it.

Hey! That's the fix (I should have tried that myself). Thank you so much for the follow through and reply...

Hi all can someone help with this matter, been trying to upload covers for a while but no joy works fine when i use lets say firefox ect. but not windows browser is there a reason for this, just its been age's now and still not sorted:(

there seems to be a compatibility issue with windows, compatibility mode helps sometimes. I am sure it will be fixed someday. But like everything in this world it will be expensive;)
