I'm looking to purchase a printer that will direct print on CD/DVD's. I've been trying to do research and there's not much out there in the ways of reviews and feature comparisons. I don't want to spend more that $150 which may limit my options but this is a hobby. I'd like to get one that has good print quality, yet replacement ink isn't outrageous. Any help/suggestions/advice/criticism is welcome. Thanks!

Hi pathogen,
I personally use a Printer in the Canon Pixma Series, There are printers within your budget. And the print quality is Photoquality.

I think Epson Inkjet printers are probably the best. What I like about them is that they have several models to choose from - so chances are you find something for your budget. Im not sure about the average ink life span though...also, have you though of lightscribe burners? Pretty cool too...
