Upload The higher quality covers

Hey moderators, i've been consistently uploaded lots of covers on this site, but somehow i've upload some not-so-good quality covers, now i got higher quality covers and i want to replace them, but everytime i reupload them, they've always been deleted, i mean it happens only when i upload a higher quality cover to replace the low quality cover which i've upload before (do you know what i mean), and i really want to replace them with higher quality covers, can anybody make improve on this problem??

And i make a list of these covers, should i show it? or i just keep trying reupload them??

(it's killing me about the grammar thing:confused:, can somebody correct them!!)

Hi ai,
I will gladly approve your covers just upload them, as for the ones that have been deleted they are only DVD/CD case photos but no front or any other covers.

Hi Nav, I checked them, most of them are some old covers and the total downloads did come to 0, including Lily Allen It's not me..., Britney Circus.... meremy 5 covers has been replaced with new covers, should upload again or just leave them alone, it's a lot of work

I didn't quite understand the problem, I rarely or actually never replace your covers with any one but your own, if you have the time to upload better quality than the ones we have I will appreciate it and as for the ones that were deleted I checked again and a total of one front cover was deleted and just over 30 misplaced and unauthorized uploads.
If I got it wring please try explaining again.

Ha, it's quite hard to explain that, it seems that i can't successfully replace these covers which i previously uploaded (maybe larger but much lower quality than the new ones), take "Beyonce - I Am... Sasha Fierce (Deluxe Edition)" as an example, i previously uploaded with a Dimensions 1400x1400 version, and the new one I uploaded 2 days ago is mush larger and HQ (1500x1500), but it just didn't successfully replace with the new one, instead it's still the same old one and the total downloads came to 0, you can see the date still remains 05/01/09, i will upload this cover again, let's see what will happen:D

The maximum file size is 5mb, or you won't be able to upload.

I could not find anything wrong.

Everything seems to be working OK.

I just checked the covers awaiting approval and found 8 that you uploaded to replace lower quality covers you previously uploaded.

I was able to approve the higher quality covers.

If you still experience the problem, please let us know.

Get used to it i have!.............I uploaded complete CD album set for Keith Urban! (Defying Gravity)

These were scanned at a much higher Pixel rate, and guess what YES they were all DELETED! Cant be bothered any more with cd albums!

Oh I guess the prevered size for cd albums is 1500x1500 ? thats front,cd,inside...back & inlay i'm not sure?....and the one,s i uploaded were that size! The front i uploaded was 2000x2000 that was my mistake? still a good front?? Check the album see if i'm wrong?

First let me thank you for uploading your covers and second let me assure you that no cover is ever deleted for no reason. As for Sarge, I can tell you that since our new beginning on May, less then ten of your covers have been deleted or more precise to say replaced by better quality ones, on that note AI, I just approved ALL of your covers, they were excellent !!! And Sarge, I'm still waiting to see what the great Sarge can really upload. Stay tuned for July contest with exceptional great prizes. Give us another chance we are practically a new and better site with a known face.

hey, Nav, they have been deleted again, I uploaded approximately 100 covers, but the problem still exists,I checked some covers, they're still same old ones and the total downloads came to "0" again, but I uploaded few covers yesterday, they've been approved by Zappman, weird...

There is No way !!! I approved them myself but the counter system updates once a day so try checking again tomorrow and please let me know the outcome.

Hey, maybe you could describe the problem more specifically?? still don't know which part you get stuck on:confused:

The parts you upload must be high quality, 300 DPI scans or higher preferred, A 300 DPI cover is 3240 x 2175 pixels (750x750 pixels resolution minimum or automatic reject), file size is 5MB maximum. Up-sized covers will not be accepted.

only front covers with measures 751x751 px, sometimes few inside 3456x3456 px and inlay 2321x2321 px!!!!

why you upload only low quality covers front and sometimes inside and inlay with huge dimensions? and the back? the cd? why not?
