It would be nice if when we are uploading or replacing a previous upload if we could add a comment.
For instance, I just uploaded Tina Turner - What's Love Got to Do with It - front. It's a replacement of my previous upload. My reason for uploading the replacement is that I used better quality scanner making it less grainy than the my upload that is currently there.
If I could have specified that, it would make it much easier for the person who is going to approve or deny the upload. They may delete it not realizing that there is a problem with the current one.
Communication is always a plus!
I'm not sure how hard this would be to implement, but I certainly think it would be a good idea. At least that's my two cents.

It seems my fear was realized.... My corrected upload was deleted and the grainy version still exists. I guess I'll upload a 600x600 version so that it's higher quality by resolution standards.
My point is that this could have been avoided if I were able to add a comment explaining why I was uploading the same resolution again. :(
