I have been using this site for a short time and have found it to be good. I understand the reasoning for entering characters to match the image before downloading. The only problem I am having is that on numerous occasions after entering the characters as per the image, the page reloads saying that I have entered the wrong text. I have re-entered the text to match the image on some occasions up to 12 times before the download would work. also on occasions the words captcha-image is shown instead of the image itself. Looking for any suggestions on how to overcome this problem.

Also would it be possible to have an icon that you could select to download all parts of a cover instead of having to go backwards all the time to select each part of the cover.

Is better if you are an allcdcovers member, you could download all the cdcovers without enter the captcha... But no, if you are a member, you have to enter the captcha and this take time because sometimes the captcha dont work...

Will you please disable the Captcha Image for registered users? They are pain in the neck!

Hi Yashar,
The captcha is necessary in order to prevent faul play downloading covers, we are thinking about raising the captcha num. from 3-6 downloads to 5-10 downloads for registered contributing members.

I understand the reasoning behind the use of captcha. But can you give me an answer to my problem as out laid in the beginning of this thread.

The captch problem you mentioned was listed and will be fixed, and thanks for your suggestion to add an icon that selects all covers when downloading, it is a good one, and I will add it to our suggestions list for approval.

The main problem with captcha images is after intering the codes, when the following cover can't be saved in JPEG format and only can be saved in bitamp format! The only way to save in JPEG is clicking back button and refresh the previous page and then download the cover again! And another problem, which Tontonan mentioned, is not accepting the codes even when they are already right.
